Reservation and Deposit Policy: A deposit of first night or $25.00 to $50.00 per person based on double or more occupancy within 5 days of verbal confirmation. Balance due upon arrival (no personal checks accepted). Adverse winter weather conditions do not warrant refunds. Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellation or date change, regardless of reason, is subject to a minimum $20 per person processing fee, prior to 5 days from arrival day. No refund on deposit if cancelled less than 5 days prior to 12:01 AM on your arrival day; 14 days notice required with special units, such as unit with 2 beds ,3 beds, kitchen net etc.; 14 days notice required for any room type for weekends  (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 30 days notice required with Group Rates & Holiday Periods. Absolutely no refunds after partial use of package or lodging. Rates: All rates are subject to change without notice. Right of change or equal value substitution is reserved. Unavailability of any amenities does not warrant refund. We take guaranteed reservations including credit card. Minimum Nights:  (Presidents day Feb 17 thru 19 minimum 3 nights rent) Full payment of all (lodging only) night rates will be charged, unless the management is able to rebook your rooms for all minimum nights that you have reserved. Guaranty room hold till 6 pm! Phone call required! No cancellation or refund all minimum nights rent. The amount will be billed for all minimum nights.

The conditions and information contained in this Reservation Confirmation have been read and accepted by me on behalf of all members of my party, by whom I am duly authorized to make this agreement. I am over 18 years of age. Upon your arrival, we do need credit card holder to be present with legal photo identification or photo copy of identification for prepaid reservation.
